Trade rules & guidance
Trade rules
Current policy version 1 ·
The platform provides introductions, communication and records. It does not collect payments, hold funds or guarantee performance. Intermediaries hold funds off-site; their tenure and statistics are not a platform guarantee.
Publish & contact
Publishing requires verified email, level 2 or above and no trade restriction. Contact is free, subject to the listing and both members' current eligibility. First submission holds 10 points; an existing valid hold is reused. Approval or direct publication captures the hold; rejection, withdrawal or expiry releases it under the existing rules.
Listing duration is 7 / 14 / 30 days, separate from service expiry. Editing published content has no publication fee and does not extend expiry. Renewal separately confirms 5 points and duration, and rechecks cases, funds, review and listing capacity. Renewal does not promote the listing.
| Level | Listing capacity |
|---|---|
| L0 | 0 |
| L1 | 0 |
| L2 | 1 |
| L3 | 3 |
| L4 | 5 |
| L5 | 8 |
Terms, funds & handover
Listing content is not an agreed trade. Both parties must accept the displayed terms version. Intermediary trades also require all three to consent to participation and history access, plus acceptance of custody responsibilities. Proposal, reservation, invitation and feedback deadlines are shown on their records. Expiry does not erase unsettled funds, completion declarations or case obligations.
Do not post passwords, payment accounts or transfer codes in public Q&A. Private handovers are visible to their sender and chosen recipient; case access requires separate authorization. Payments, releases and refunds happen off-site. Buttons record declarations and confirmations; they do not transfer funds.
Ending, cases & feedback
Ending negotiations, cancelling a trade, closing a listing and resigning as an intermediary are separate actions. Settle funds and case obligations before leaving as permitted by the page. Completion and feedback record participant statements; they are not platform verification or a credit score. Preserve evidence and use the original trade's case entry when an issue arises.
