Usage-based hourly billing (730h reference amounts, not fixed monthly subscriptions), prorated per billable second; no long-term prepayment. One promo instance per customer per campaign per region; quantity limited to one with a code; deleting an instance does not restore eligibility. All KVM, root, 1Gbps port (no sustained-throughput guarantee to every destination), free inbound.
